Wil-Gil, LLC. offers a limited product warranty which is outlined below. A copy of the warranty is included in the box, however you may also download a copy. The warranty is in *PDF format.
What is warranted and who is covered by the warranty?
To the first consumer/purchaser (or recipient) only of a Wil-Gil Product for a period of 30 days for parts and one year for motor from the date of purchase, warrants the Wil-Gil product to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Within the warranty period, Wil-Gil will repair or replace, at its option, any such defective part or parts at no cost to the purchaser for the part itself or for labor.
What is not covered by the warranty?
- Any transportation costs incurred in returning the appliance for service must be paid by the purchaser.
- This warranty does not apply if the defect occurred as a result of misuse of the appliance.
- This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident or alterations.
- This warranty does not apply if this product is used unreasonable or under abnormal conditions.
- This warranty does not apply if the product is used with any epoxy product.
How do I make a claim?
In order to make a claim under this warranty, please call Wil-Gil, LLC at (920) 988-3930. All warranty claims must be accompanied with a dated proof of purchase. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have rights which vary from state to state.
